I am a native South Carolina resident, a graduate of The University of South Carolina and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.  I have more than 20 years experience in full service restaurants.  I am licensed, insured, trained and serve safe certified.  My 20 plus years of experience have taken me to California, New York City, North Carolina, Florida and South Carolina.  I welcome the opportunity to bring my culinary and restaurant experience to your special occasion or event.
My catering company is available to you  for  intimate dinners and parties in the comfort of your home or for large catered events. My Chef's and I will create every menu custom for your event. We are full service providing rentals, bartending service as well as wedding and event planners
 I use the highest quality ingredients available and do not add preservatives or artificial ingredients.    I provide upfront quotes for food, service & rentals.
